I am passionate about helping individuals unlock their inner strength and potential. I believe that everyone has the ability to journey through challenges and live a purposeful and meaningful life. And sometimes past experiences can make us feel stuck, not okay and unsafe. I offer adolescent and adult counselling. 

My approach to counselling focuses on building a safe and supportive relationship, understanding your challenges and together journeying through these to unhook and move towards the life you want to live.
